FEES AND PAYMENT POLICY

The fee for the assessment will depend on the complexity of the assessment required, which will be discussed with you at the time of the initial consultation.

We do not accept direct payment from medical aid/insurance companies, so please ensure that you have spoken with your medical aid provider prior to the assessment session if you wish to make a claim.

All fees are to be paid in full, without exception at the time of the consultation/assessment.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payment will incur an additional small fee.

Please note that US$ conversion is approximate based on XE currency rate on the 10th October 2022. All invoices will be charged in Singapore $.

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND AD HOC CONSULTATION SESSIONS

SGD$250 / US$180

This session is an important part of the assessment process as your child's, or your (for adult assessments) birth, development, medical and educational history will be discussed in detail. This session is vital to ensuring that I have a clear understanding of your concerns and informs the type of assessment that needs to be carried out.

SCHOOL ADMISSIONS ASSESSMENT

SGD$2400 / US$1700 inc parent feedback session
SGD$2200 / US$1600 for assessment and no feedback session

This assessment is usually requested by a new school. It consists of a parent session (30 minutes) assessment with the young person ( 2 x 1.5 hour sessions) and completion of a standardised social emotional rating scale. The report and parent feedback session is also included in the price.

EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY ASSESSMENT - LEARNING DIFFICULTY AND/OR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT

SGD$2400 to SGD$3400

The fee will depend on the complexity of the assessment, which will be discussed with you at the time of the initial parent consultation. The fee includes the face to face parent feedback session and a comprehensive educational psychology report, detailing the findings of the assessment, recommendations for home/school support, exam accommodations etc.

EXAM ACCOMMODATION ASSESSMENTS

$2300 (WISC & WIAT only) additional costs will apply for additional tests.

An exam accommodation assessment is a simpler assessment; however, two core tests are required by most exam boards. As with the more comprehensive assessments, the tools that are used depend on the child's area of need, so this will need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis. This price includes the 30 minute parent session, assesment with the student (2 X 1.5 hour sessions), feedback session with parents (30 to 45 minutes) and report for submission to the exam board.

ADULT ADHD ASSESSMENTS

SGD$2200 / US$1530

An adult ADHD assessment consists of a cognitive assesment (WAIS-IV) and the administration of two standardised rating scales, the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scale and the Comprehensive Executive Function Inventory - Adult. The fee includes the report and 1 hour feedback session.

OTHER

SGD$2000 to $3400 / US$1400 to $2400
